سياسة الخصوصية

باختصار: فزعة موقع مجاني بدون تسجيل وبدون حسابات. ما نستخدم كوكيز، وما فيه أي أدوات تتبع إعلانية، وما نبيع أو نشارك أي بيانات مع أي طرف ثالث.

البيانات اللي ما نجمعها

ما نطلب منك تسجيل حساب ولا اسم ولا بريد ولا رقم للتصفح
ما نستخدم كوكيز ولا بكسل إعلاني (فيسبوك، تيك توك، جوجل أناليتكس)
ما نسجّل المكالمات ولا نعرف مع من تكلمت — الاتصال يصير مباشرة من جهازك

البيانات اللي نجمعها

1) إحصائيات مجهولة: نحفظ أعداد فقط — كم زيارة، كم ضغطة اتصال، كم ضغطة واتساب — بدون أي معرّف شخصي وبدون عنوان IP وبدون معرفة من قام بالضغط.

2) التقييمات: عشان نمنع التصويت المتكرر، نحوّل عنوان الـ IP إلى بصمة مشفّرة غير قابلة للعكس (SHA-256 مع مفتاح سري) ونحفظ البصمة فقط. عنوان الـ IP نفسه ما ينحفظ أبداً.

3) طلبات «فزعة»: إذا اخترت تنشر طلب، البيانات اللي تكتبها بنفسك (الاسم، الرقم، وصف الطلب) تنحفظ وتظهر للعامة على الموقع، وتنحذف تلقائياً بعد 48 ساعة. لا تكتب أي معلومة ما تبي غيرك يشوفها.

4) تفضيلاتك: اللغة والوضع الليلي وتقييماتك تنحفظ محلياً على جهازك فقط (localStorage) وما ترسل لنا.

الأرقام المنشورة بالدليل

أرقام الفنيين المنشورة هي أرقام عمل تجارية تم تجميعها من قوائم متداولة علناً أو أرسلها أصحابها بأنفسهم. إذا كان رقمك منشور وتبي حذفه، راسلنا وينحذف خلال 24 ساعة بدون أي أسئلة: support@fazaa.io أو واتساب 98909996.

الاستضافة

الموقع مستضاف على Netlify، وقاعدة البيانات على Supabase. كل واحد منهم يعالج البيانات نيابة عنا فقط وحسب سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة فيهم.

الأطفال

الموقع موجه للبالغين ولا نجمع بيانات من الأطفال بشكل مقصود.

Privacy Policy

In short: Fazaa is a free site with no sign-up and no accounts. We use no cookies, no advertising trackers, and we never sell or share data with third parties.

What we do not collect

No account, name, email or phone number is required to browse
No cookies and no advertising pixels (Meta, TikTok, Google Analytics)
No call logging — calls are placed directly by your own device, we never see who you called

What we do collect

1) Anonymous counters. We store totals only — page views, call taps, WhatsApp taps — with no personal identifier, no IP address, and no way to link a count to a person.

2) Ratings. To stop repeat voting we convert your IP address into an irreversible hash (SHA-256 with a secret salt) and store only that hash. The IP address itself is never stored.

3) Request board posts. If you choose to post a request, the details you type (name, phone, description) are stored and shown publicly on the site, and are deleted automatically after 48 hours. Do not enter anything you do not want to be public.

4) Your preferences. Language, dark mode and your own ratings are stored locally on your device (localStorage) and are never sent to us.

Numbers listed in the directory

Listed technician numbers are business contact numbers, collected from publicly circulated lists or submitted by the owners themselves. If your number is listed and you want it removed, contact us and it is removed within 24 hours, no questions asked: support@fazaa.io or WhatsApp +965 98909996.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Netlify and the database is on Supabase. Each processes data solely on our behalf and under their own privacy policies.

Children

Fazaa is intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
